Beginning February 2021, McLeod County residents are welcome to receive full grocery distributions twice a month. Visits are limited to once a week and produce-only pick-ups remain an option during the weeks in between. We prefer your needs determine your schedule.
Current physical address and household member information will be verbally verified at each visit and updated when needed. "Proof" of ID and address are not required but make sure we get your information correct.
Complete client-choice options include a variety of fruits, vegetables, proteins, grains, cooking and baking items, dairy items, boxed and canned meals, fresh produce, and assorted deli and bakery items. Personal care and household items also subject to availability.
Grocery distribution history is accessible at all sites for all clients. This means whether you have been served curbside, at a Mobile Outreach location, or either Glencoe or Hutchinson Site, staff has access the same information.
Clients are encouraged to access the site which best meets their needs and schedules and may use sites interchangeably.
The Glencoe Site is moving up the block to
719 13th St E
(the former Franklin Printing building)
on October 20!
There will be a disruption in grocery distributions and phone/internet while the new space is being set up. We are excited to see you there and are working fast to make it happen! We will reopen no later than Thursday October 28 at 3:30pm.
The Hutchinson Site and Mobile Outreach are running as scheduled.
Watch this space for updates!
